AMETHYST
The Egyptians, Etrusques and the Romans used it and the ancient authors recalled it. In ancient China it served to fabricating objects, the Greeks sharpened it to make jewellery.
They find it particularly in Brazil the biggest producer, but also in Madagascar, and in Russia.
Range of Colours are purple from clear to dark, more seldom pink or purple red. Colours are most often irregular, stains or traits divided. It has variations of intensity of colours.
